My name is Peter de Bock and I am self employed starting at September 2017. I have branded my own company as “Socium IT”. Socium is Latin and means “partner”. Partner and Coach for ServiceNow Implementation. 

I am mostly involved as a (technical) consultant, architect and / or trainer in ServiceNow implementation projects. More than 10 years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM and ITOM. Since 2020 also experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD and CSM.

With my experience and knowledge, as a partner I want to add value to the customer in multiple areas. This includes identification of improvements and supporting in development of a ServiceNow roadmap. In addition elaborating customer needs from concept to design, and from design to implementation. In addition, a great benefit is to share my knowledge and expertise with the customer.
